      Don't work here if you have any ideas of improving processes, or cannot handle Japanese management practices.

      Pros

      Great benefits, and pay. A lot of good people work at Toshiba, and will bend over backwards to make things work.

      Cons

      Politics, guile, and deceit are the order of every day! You don't know true costs from Japan, and never will. All sales/pricing decisions come from Japan, and depend on who is in power and what the evaluation of the business is as it relates to Toshiba Japan.

      Pros

      I cannot think of any. USA workers must avoid this place at all cost.

      Cons

      Very political. Restricted knowledge flow. Knowledge limited to friends of Director. 90 percent of staff from Bangalore India. So expect highly poisonous cheap Indian culture. Permanent residents of USA must avoid this place at any cost. Architects do not know how to design and debug. Favors all the time. You will get bitten here because black and white poisonous reptiles are moving down the cubicles. If you want to get terribly sick go there because deception and conspiracy is an everyday phenomenon here. There is no product coming out of this place since the designers are immoral, jealous and incapable. Over here it feels like I am working in cheap conditions of India. If you are good worker you will not be allowed to partcipate in technical trainings and you will be blocked from working so that they the weak technical fellows do not get exposed. Political good looking females can thrive here by fooling the managers.
