      Pros

      Most people are great to work with and are easy to get along with. Employees have yearly reviews. Most managers understand there is more to life than work. Most managers, including senior management, have an "open door" policy.

      Cons

      One VP has a habit of watching the parking lot to see who leaves before 5:00. It didn't matter what time you arrived to work - he felt anyone leaving before 5:00 was cheating the company. He was also known to send out "scouts", when he was not in town, to monitor when people arrived and left work. In all fairness, only one VP has this reputation. Company policy did not always match department policy.
