      Pros

      I can't speak for every department in TOSHIBA but there are no pros based on the area I worked. If you're young it can seem like a good start but nothing you should do long term. Run

      Cons

      They treat you like you're robots. They don't care about you at all. I've witnessed 2 ppl die trying to be loyal to a company that didn't care about them and wasn't loyal to them . They passed away working their butts off and they replaced them just like that. You don't have a life until they say so. They have favorites and they fire you for the smallest things. They start new hires off at the same rate as employees that have worked for the company 5+ years. It's a trap working there. I'd advise anyone to stay clear or warehouse work. HR IS TERRIBLE. If you have a problem you can't report it to them because they will choose management's side. I'm glad I left because it traumatized me. Stay clear.

      benefits are high to attract new employees, some positions in the field are great invisible jobs that allow you great freedom and a pay check

      Cons

      US management team is directed by JPN, will only care about Japanese rotational staff, american staff are disposable.
