Pros

Flagship product that company is built on is competitive

Cons

Employee turnover is ridiculous with senior leaders leaving and an entire sales region departing in the last few months. 4th CRO in the last 3 years. A constantly changing GTM strategy. Account assignments and sales territories that are ever changing in a vertical where relationships are paramount. Processes and roadblocks prevent anything from getting done internally or externally. CEO has been all but absent the last 8 months which has resulted in the CRO and board running things. Environment has become very toxic

Pros

Freedom to take ownership of your role, expand processes and come up with creative solutions. Some of the most talented and intelligent people are here.

Cons

Benefits are weak. Unlimited flex time is completely frowned upon. They hired a group of c level people and then a much larger layer of middle managers which completely bogs down every aspect of your day to day, this is why "move fast and innovate" has become an internal joke that translates to smash it together and move on. It's a very competitive and oftentimes vicious environment where many people are fired on the spot in front of others over personality differences. Because of this environment that middle management layer is constantly aiming not for the customer but for the CEOs approval, heading to a lot of backstabbing and generally aggressive behavior. Constant fear of being let go. It's a chaotic fear driven environment about performance at all costs. I've had many friends inquire about working here and I've told every single one to steer clear because this company is about growth at all costs, including the people.

Pros

Working with people in the trenches that are going through the same, great for bonding.

Cons

People are leaving like crazy. Ask what the attrition rate is in your interviews. They say it’s “people first” culture but don’t believe it for a second. Toxic culture that starts from the top. New President isn’t much better. No process, constant fighting and backstabbing between departments. Your mental health with suffer from that, the toxic culture, and the extreme burn out every employee faces.
