      Pros

      HR incentives people to write positive glass-door reviews, as evident by the most recent reviews. The feet on the ground are some of the brightest and innovate people I've worked with. Unlimited PTO, gym membership, and pre-covid a stocked kitchen.

      Cons

      They mass fires people almost quarterly, for no reason and with no improvement plans in place for those getting fired. Recently entire teams have been fired in one day, with no apparent reasoning or acknowledgment from leadership. There is also no plans in place to cover the work of these people. No one is safe from a ground level employee up to the CTO. The sales team has had almost 4 leaders in 2 years, each one getting fired, and yet that still hasn't solved the problem in actually selling and meeting goals. The CEO treats the company as his personal sandbox and lets certain leaders run wild and interfere with departments and projects. There are no clear company and department goals, and if there are they are constantly changing due to people getting fired. They hide under the guise of "fast-paced startup", which could be true on paper, but everyone at the company realizes that it's a ticking time bomb with no reals plans to succeed.

      Dumpster Fire - Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      Brand recognition in the industry - grew tremendous name recognition through leveraging executive relationships to secure several notable partners

      Cons

      All those executives are gone. The turnover is astronomical. The territories are hysterically small with massive 7 figure quotas that 0% of sales people hit in 2021. 4 CROs in 3 years, 3 CMOs, President is gone, Chief Customer Officer is gone, all of sales leadership has turned over. The board has no idea what they're doing.

      Pros

      The people you work with (depending on your team) and free snacks.

      Cons

      The company is lacking in finances, leadership, culture, and respect for women and minorities. Finances: TE just went through their third layoff in 365 days and that will not be the end of it. Yet still paying for a presidents club trip when one sales rep might make their number for the year and that’s not an exaggeration. Leadership: The C-suite doesn’t even pretend to enjoy what they’re doing and are working day and night to get the company sold, take their cash, and run. Culture is an after thought. Sexism: The sexism is rampant. Women are treated as less than by nearly all male leaders. The top female leaders have all left or been fired. They’re now asking lower-level women to present on company calls and conferences because they don’t want it to be seen as an issue.
