Pros

Other employees are easy to get along with and make you feel welcomed.

Cons

the pay is LOW for the folks like myself who have all of the proper certs, they often also mess up on the pay checks as well. and when there is an error it wont be corrected until the next pay check , i have personally missed 5 days worth of pay and was told "oh its fine it will go on to the next check". for some that may be okay, but for the pay rate I'm at i live pay check to pay check literally and cant afford to go a whole week without a pay check. Also I'm told the pay CAP is 25/hr well giving the line of profession that number in my eyes and others i work with all seem to agree that the pay cap itself isn't even where the base pay should be when the base pay should be around the $30/hr range. also there is really never any Raises given out i believe a co worker of mine just got his first one after 7 years worth of employment. Just seems as if you would want to give your guys doing some honest hard work some compensation and incentives to stay an employee at the company

Pros

Lots of money when busy, you work 80 to 120 hours a week. Free housing for now. Every time you see 4 stars or better they are the management that doesn't having nothing better to do. beside this and tracking your GPS

Cons

Over worked after working 80 to 100 hours a week for 2 to 3 months you get burn out. You cannot trust anyone. For some reason the management loves drama and will start something so they would fight. No joking manager was try to get a former employee and I to fight in his office. The most disrespectful people work for this company. Only worries about money and never your safety. Doesn't train people to do proper job. One day someone will die and its your fault not companies. You will be liable for their death because you signed off the paper work and you find out you was not properly trained to be doing that job or giving that class. Changes company policies every day and only informs whoever is close by. HR is in another country and they refuse to give you the number. Makes you pull Hazardous trailers even if you was not certified. Possible still going on today even with the slow downs. They cheat customers all the time. If someone from marathon looks at their past billing and question half of them they would see that management was lying on half the billings. They forced employees to get signed. You have to comply or you would not get hours. No advancements. Promises never kept. Shady Business practices. Stay away from this company if you’re ex-military. They will take advantage of your values and ethics.
