They take care of their employees, great salary and respectful.

Cons

As a contract service company they are at the mercy of the hospitals they work for, it the hospital had an issue they unfortunately take it out on the contract service companies.

There are not too many pros. I like the people I lead. The hiring process is relatively easy. I hope that helps.

Cons

You are expected to do too much with too little. If you want to spend time with your family this is not the job for you. The pay is not good for what you have to do.
