Pros

Working with the staff is fantastic, but management will destroy your confidence and pride in the work and the department's positive culture (if it has one).

Cons

Regrettably, Touchpoint is not an ideal workplace. The department is perpetually short-staffed, and management's treatment of the staff is subpar, to say the least. The company fails to offer any tangible benefits. The insurance is costly, Touchpoint does not contribute to the 401K plan, bonuses are nonexistent, and annual raises are minimal, often amounting to a mere $0.25.
