      Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you liked the work life balance you were able to have with us. We believe that is super important as it makes for a happier team, who is more effective over the long term. I agree it is vital that leadership provide a clear direction for the business. Last year, we defined a new company Vision and Mission and communicated that out to all employees in an All Hands meeting. In addition, in February of this year, I walked the entire organization through our 2018 Priorities & Plan, so everyone had complete visibility on what we were trying to achieve this year.

      Pros

      The company has an athmosphere of startup, yet is mature and well grounded. The product is cool and interesting, the work methodology is agile and fast paced. Expect to find nice and passionated workers here. If I had to define TouchTunes in one word: "Fast".

      Cons

      It's hard to find a downside when you have fun with your coworkers, a popular product to develop, a good compensation, and free beer every Friday! I had to leave for personal reasons.

My favorite part of your review is you defining TouchTunes as "fast." The team has worked very hard to speed up its release cycles and generally we are 3-4x faster in releasing updates than we were 3 years ago!

      Co-workers were lovely to work with.

      Very Hierarchical. Executive team was unpleasant. Never go the sense that they genuinely cared for their subordinates.

      Thank you for your feedback. I don’t know when you worked with us, so I can’t speak to your specific experience, but I will share that I care far more about the best ideas and results than I do hierarchy. Junior employees are often closest to the customer and have some of the best ideas, so we in management need to listen! That is why I was pleased to see in this year’s anonymous employee poll 88% of our employees Strongly Agreed or Agreed with the statement: “My manager is receptive to feedback.” We need to get that to 100%, but I am pleased with our progress.
