Pros

There aren't many, only thing I can think of is the people who work there are nice and helpful, dress code is not enforced.

Cons

Working at techline is like a typical call center job. You have to take calls and help operators with jukeboxes. You have to listen to them complaining all day, at the end of the day you go home with a big headache. Number of calls vary from 25-40 per day. They are recording everything you say and do, and salary is below other companies. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to work, where you can make more than 35k-38k. Save yourife and headache

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and they frequently promote from within. I have great managers that are knowledgable and supportive and our executive team is laser focused on driving revenue which is an essential component to sales.

Cons

Communication is sometimes challenging since there are multiple offices and many remote employees.

I hear you on the communication challenges, we have worked to improve that with our Monthly All Hands meeting, but as we continue to grow I know this is something we must continue to improve on.

Pros

Casual environment and interesting business.

Cons

Do not expect to get 100% of your bonus even if you reach all your goals/targets. You'll be lucky to get 30%. They haven't paid full bonuses in years.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your bonus payment while you worked with us. Our bonus plan is driven by the company achieving its EBITDA targets and employee performance. I don’t know when you worked with us, but for FY2018 the bonus pool was fully funded and all employees who met or exceeded their objectives received 100% or higher of their target bonuses.
