      Professional Growth Opportunities at a Fun Place to Work

      Pros

      I have worked at TouchTunes for 6 years and have had unbelievable professional growth during this time. TouchTunes is a great place to learn and develop. There are constantly new initiatives and projects for those who are smart and willing to work hard. Executives and management are accessible and supportive. The work environment is pleasant and there are many social activities both in and out of the office - music plays all day, the people are smart and fun and the dress code is casual.

      Cons

      Hours can sometimes be long, but this is not a bad thing when you enjoy your work. No matching 401(k) and weak fringe benefits. Internal technology needs some updating.

      Amazing Opportunities for High Performers

      Pros

      Despite TouchTunes' steady growth over the past 7 years, it still feels like I'm coming to work at a startup most days. TouchTunes has leveraged its financial stability to push the evolution of its product line and expand divisions, so my team is constantly working on something new. If you've got the chops do your job and learn on the go, you'll be rewarded with a career path.

      Cons

      Some initiatives can become lost in the web of executive signoffs, as so many departments can overlap on a single effort. Assign clear project leads to manage approvals to help streamline the process. Also, 401K would be great,

I hear you on the need for clarity of ownership on complex initiatives, this is something we have worked hard to clean up since you wrote this review. We also now have a 401k match!

      Accounting and finance beware

      Company culture except in the accounting department

      Accounting management, accounting department acts like it is not part of the company, slave like hours and environment

      Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry that you didn't have a good experience working with us. Since this review was posted there has been a ton of change in our accounting department, so I thought I would share a few highlights from the recent 2018 employee poll from this department: - 92% of employees said that their job is important to accomplishing the mission of the organization -83% said senior leadership encourages change and innovation -83% said my manager is receptive to feedback -80% said my manager is flexible with my scheduling needs I want those all to be 100%, so we have worked to do, but I am pleased with the progress.
