      Pros

      offers remote work from anywhere (for a short period) if negotiated, unlimited PTO, and salaries slightly better than the average local market, though they tend to stagnate

      Cons

      - huge technical debt with legacy code and incredibly bad architecture - micro-management with lots of turnover - poor understanding of agile methodologies and weak communication - hired for one role but expected to do many other tasks on a completely different career trajectory - pitiful onboarding process - very disorganized structure - unacceptable behaviors from some unskilled managers - visible nepotism and favoritism - too many unachievable goals in an unclear roadmap and ineffective system (frequent OKRs, reviews, HR sessions) - many people leave after a few months

      A lot of pressure, difficult to have salary increase and inflation correction.

      Thank you for this review. I am glad that you enjoy both the people you work with and the product. Regarding the pressure, while we are a stretch-goals culture that is always trying to do more, we never want the stress level to reach an unhealthy level; if you feel that way, I encourage you to talk to your manager or HR. On compensation, I am glad you find our package fair. I am not exactly sure what you mean by "difficult to have salary increase and inflation correction," but we always encourage employees to talk to their manager or HR if they have a compensation concern.

      Interesting work and great people!

      Pros

      TouchTunes has 25 years of history, but is always on the forefront of the industry and considering new ways to grow the business and create great products for the consumers. This means we get to work on cool projects and new ideas, with a test and learn approach. There is a good mix of people who have been here a long time a new people who bring new ideas, and I've found that there is openness to learn from each other. One of our values is Bring the Fun and I personally really enjoy those I work with and events planned to connect outside of meetings.

      Cons

      It is a fast pace and a lot going on so need to enjoy making an impact through hard work and finding solutions.

We do operate at a fast pace, which is why we remain a leader in our space, and I agree that those who are motivated by having an impact will be happiest at TouchTunes.
