I’m glad that you were happy with the benefits we offer, as we strive to offer a good overall Total Rewards package. I hear you that our tech support roles aren’t 9 to 5. Our locations are generally bars and restaurants, and their peak times are typically in the evening and on weekends. Pros

If you're someone who likes to get things done, see accountability and move at a fast pace, this environment is for you. There's also interesting perks and benefits, and they have cool products (dart boards and jukeboxes, fun stuff!). People are friendly and come from a variety of backgrounds.

Cons

If you're not into a fast paced environment.. its not gonna be the best fit. Work-life balance is not talked about much. Lots going on, tough to keep up with it all.
