Thanks very much for your review. I am really glad to see your "pros." Creating a collaborative environment is important to me, as that is how the best work happens. Your experience with your manager listening to feedback aligns well with our 2018 company poll results, where 88% of employees responded similarly. On the cons, I am excited to say that as of 2018 we now have a 401K match! From prior company polls, we heard loud and clear that this was a major issue for employees, so I was very happy when we were able to put that in place.

Pros

In Technology some new blood has come in that looks promising. HR is doing a great job of starting to better look after employees and facilitating increased communication ("Lunch and Learns, etc."). There are some great perks (a mini-concert in the office every 3 weeks or so, trips to Montreal for some employees) and it is a small enough company that an individual can make a great impact.

Cons

TouchTunes is rediscovering itself after about two years of turmoil, during which: - The executive team was majorly distracted by courting new investors (in the end this was completed and worked out well for the company) - There was a slow-motion shakeup of the executive team (1 or 2 people still need to go, but this is mostly solved and stable) - There was a good deal of attrition due to low morale and employee satisfaction.
