There are many cons to list. The work in housekeeping was hard and unattainable. They put pressure on you to do more rooms than any one human can do in one day and when you fall short you are forced to stay late and finish with threat of losing your job if you don’t. If you train in multiple departments then you are expected to do them all in one day yet still finish a full day or cleaning rooms and be done early. You almost get zero training at times and wont get more training even when you ask. The bosses bring a positive attitude but it is fake and they have no real care for their employees well being. No management working on the weekends, which in the hotel business is not common. You need a manager to be there and make difficult decisions and they aren’t and you end up being screamed at by customers. You are expected to go above and beyond for customers with no real benefit to the employers. Which means extra effort and nothing in return.
