Pros

provides solid training and support on the ability to increase metric/sales and allows for creative merchandising in order to increase sales.

Cons

Overall, very poor and ineffectual training on a tacked together, very poor, operating system. Add to this a company which does not provide the payroll to tackle its growing multi-channel tasks. i.e. - a company with a lot of growing pains.

Pros

Hours 10 months of the year aren't bad. Customers aren't bad until around Christmas time.

Cons

I am divorced. I get my kids every other weekend. 48 days a year. If I didn't specifically request time, I got MAYBE 6 of those days off, and NEVER both unless i took personal or vacation time. Even though the other assistant would have been willing to work opposite weekends with me. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I did not hang out with the Manager and the other assistant. So I was never "trustworthy" to them because I did not break company policy with them... HR Does not take complaints of any employee at any level seriously.
