Pros

customers are the reason, seeing the kids excited about being there

Cons

longterm managers who do not care about the associates, how they stay in the office and do not come out to the floor to help even when they are called

Pros

Non seasonal retail environment. Flexible for raising family. Friendly environment. Bright environment, guests are happy about shopping for babies.

Cons

Financially difficult in area to live on low salary for market area, promotions are very slow. Communication is poor at times, more attention is focused on hourly employees than management associates. Focus groups are provided for associates to vent and air their frustrations, and the same is not provided to management, yet management is held accountable to what some disgruntled employees may say. Upper Management doesn't always support management staff with difficult guests, and decisions are often made based on that lack of support.
