Toys are Us is a company that has had trouble in the past but in the last few years it has been heading in a great new and exciting direction.

Cons

The company will do a great job recruiting you if you are truly worth recruiting but they do not give you clear direction on where you may end up working.

erm. not sure really. there arent that many. the training scheme is very very very tough, so other retailers respect that in terms of getting a job after.

Cons

no personal life. no free time. awful pay. awful working conditions. no praise. can expect you to do 30+ hour shifts. no care for other commitments. will happily make you commute. promotions are to favored people not always the best.
