If you are willing to do the work they will give you the hours. Fun environment. Good benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Micromanagement, lots of times they lack good communication, company infrastructure is not the best.

Pros

Everyone helps out with assisting customers, filling customer orders, and placing product on the sales floor/back stock overflow.

Cons

Management needs more work with scheduling shipping & receiving/back of house associates. Had some managers treat me as if I were their personal slave to. i.e. always had me empty the trash/clean the bathrooms, run errands for them as a seasonal hire. Overnight team was messy and did not clean up after themselves in the break room/bathroom. Management wanted you to put product that was overstock on the sales floor when there was no space for it. We had a janitor hired for both trash and bathroom cleaning/emptying, I don't mind doing either or but when you're doing it every day, & there is other associates there besides you there that are capable of doing the same task. That throws up a red flag. And yes I understand at times the janitor was late due to weather/traffic. But still there are other people that can do the same task of cleaning bathrooms and taking trash out.

Pros

Started as seasonal and was asked to stay on. If you work hard then you get hours. Simple as that! Slack off and you don't get any hours or lose your job. The choice is yours. Management looks out for the people who ask questions, work hard, don't call in sick, and give that little extra.

Cons

Very little training coming out of season. Starting pay minimum wage, even with several years of retail experience (experience does not matter, I was told I had no experience with this company)
