Pros

Toys R Us is a good place to see smiling children, lots of unique toys, and to develop good relationships with co-workers, among other things. The work is generally fun, and not too difficult, for the most part.

Cons

Prices at Toys R Us have been higher than other retailers. Also, since the company may well shut down here in the United States, many people seem to not care about helping to keep our store organized (at least the Toys R Us where I work), and it is a stressful and difficult time for many employees here.
