Pros
the catch phrase is "Great Place to Work" and the Regional staff is excited to promote this. Benefits are decent and it's a good atmosphere to meet people. Try to make improvements occasionally to help customer service
Cons
Like most retail it can get very hectic. This anxiety is made worse though by the corporate mentality of a new project every couple of days. Once you are done resetting something, corporate will have you completely change the program.
