Pros

Almost all managers were good. Customers were understanding. My experience working at this company was educational as any first job would be like, but I would not work there again.

Cons

Minimum wage. Horrible organizing. They would have us clean everything up after closing, it would take at least 4 hours. One manager would get furious if we gave our opinion to other co-workers about what is was like working there.

Pros

Overall I have found the people friendly, helpful and to have solid values. The Company seems to have a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive work-life balance. Office culture is generally one of responsiveness, and a desire to engage multiple levels of interaction in seeking consensus.

Cons

Not the strongest package, and limited benefits due to a tough few years. In the process of a turnaround, but don't expect any significant performance bonuses soon. Their Long-term Incentive program for senior managers is ambiguous and seemingly unrealistic

Pros

Interacting with customers, the feeling you get when you help find the perfect gift for a child

Cons

Advancement? Haha no. Always hiring more people at cheaper pay. Credit cards, reward cards, buyer protection plans and so on. And the people all act like middle schoolers.
