Pros

Great place if you're looking for a second income, or working and going to school full time. Flexible hours, vacation pay, and earned time off.

Cons

No room for advancement unless you're buddies with the upper management. They would rather hire from the outside and not promote from within. In almost six years I have seen as much in not a few more managers rotate through the doors. I've also seen a lot of good associates with a lot of potential leave after being there for way less than a year.

Cons

Not enough hours, staff are not trained, no growth opportunities, if you take time off expect your hours to be permanently cut.
