Pros

I feel like I am part of something important. I work hard and receive about 10 - 12 more hours per week than other part time associates. This causes a little resentment but I can do nothing to help that.

Cons

Noisy crying children. Low pay. Lack of inventory to satisfy baby registry shoppers. The work is harder than for what is compensated but i suppose that's why i get more hours than the others.

Good Entry Level Job; Friendly employees; Company Info discussed at daily store meetings; Team work used to get jobs done.

Cons

Little to no training depending on occupation; Working hours vary on sales every week, Meaning "No sales, No hours"
