      Pros

      By working there, you get to see satisfaction, not only through yourself, but with customers and coworkers. By meeting sale goals makes you feel good about your work ethic.

      Cons

      Pay rates are not minimal but they are not the best. Hours depends on the sales of the stores so it may be hard to get hours.

      Flexible hours. Friendly and great co-workers from store to store.

      Cons

      No holiday pay. Small yearly raises. Weekly hours often changed from scheduled. Hourly associates, especially cashiers do marketing for company.
