      Pros

      The managers are really cool on a personal level, its a great learning experience for someones first job and its a great job for a college student

      Cons

      The company is mis- managed, and the employees are underpaid for the jobs they do. Promotion opportunities are no good, because the managers hire external people instead of moving internal people up the ladder.

      Pros

      The people were great to work with. Possible advancement if a hard worker Management can be hit or miss. Don't expect good raises

      Cons

      Corporate did not really inform store management very well. Training was horrible, just had to figure out everything on your own.

      Pros

      There was a decent working environment at Toys "R" Us. As a sales associate it was an easy job with not a lot of responsibilities.

      Cons

      There were multiple managers who did not seem to agree on the proper methodology to get things done, and often the employees would get the short end of the stick.
