Pros

If you can't find a job anywhere else work at toys. You can hold games and such as an employee. Not much else to say.

Cons

Managers are condescending and disrespectful. You will be offered no praise for doing good work but a slight mistake is made and they will crucify you for it. Terrible raises. Horrible organization among the upper management. YOur value as an employee depends on how much of the metrics (buyer protection plans, rewards, batteries) you can push on the customer. Hours are ridiculous especially if you are a college student. (store will close at 12 am..lol a toy store., and you wont get out until 2:30 am sometimes)

Pros

Babies R Us is very flexible with your work schedule, around school, or just when you want to ask off. I've never had a request off denied.

Cons

The pay seems to be less than for other retail jobs.

Pros

The oldest retail toy store in the U.S. Filled with history (movies and published books). A tourist stop when visiting the city.

Cons

Long hours can put wear and tear on your feet, for the simple fact that you are always on your feet.
