Working with parents that saw thier childrens experiences though their childrens eyes was quite heartwarming and mad going to work each day tolerable. The employees were generally young high school students that had a high turnover rate so you had to weed out the losers quite frequently. The christmas season was a little tough because you had to fire so many good employees that gave blood sweat and tears during "season.' It was just a way of life....use em and fire em! But I suppose ther was no other way or someone would have thought of it.

As a part time job while at university or school this job is fine. BEcause the stores have a large number of employees they have the capacity to replace shifts if you need to take time off for exams etc. Another benefit for workers who are relativly inexperienced, is the absence of food, its is rare to find a workplace for younger people thays isnt fast food, everything is clean ,and you dont finish shifts smelling of burgers.
