      Great people to work with but way too much sales pressure.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fun customers, great product

      Cons

      Tons of pressure for credit card and protection plan sales, toys are way overpriced, terrible toy selection for the customer (Target is FAR better!) and horrible pay.

      Pros

      Dedicated employees at lower levels. Nice campus with on gym on premises. Spectacular10% employee discount.

      Cons

      Upper management is always in crisis mode. Executives cannot make decisions in a timely manner or adhere to schedules. Lack of any clear long term plan beyond preparing for IPO. Terrible raises and bonuses. Meaningless goal setting and evaluation processes mandated by HR department waste enormous amounts of time and effort.

      Half-Day Fridays Memorial Day through Labor Day Beautiful Campus Great location in Wayne, NJ Great colleagues! Dress Code - Business casual, jeans allowed Working for a reputable brand that delivers happiness to millions of children

      Lack of promotional and career opportunities Horrible top-down communication Lost trust in Leadership and company direction High turn - Lots of lost talent No job security - Massive layoffs 3 of last 4 years (no end in sight) Less than market compensation Constant changes in leadership and directions - Aimless strategies Environment is currently very bleak coming off of huge layoffs, missed our bonuses, no raises this year, no promotions..
