Pros

I guess you could say that they're fairly laid back and they work well with your school schedule. Employees are very friendly and communicate well.

Cons

Low pay, Stingy hours, never enough associates on duty, Cheap company overall. A typical day would be working a three hour shift on register, people would complain about there being only one cashier open. Have to sell garbage warranties and credit cards as well as rewards program

Pros

Great pay, get to help customers everyday, very fun environment, discount on store items, helpful coworkers, pretty easy job overall

Cons

sometimes people would call out and when there was supposed to be 10 people working that day only 2 would show up, supervisors would change sometimes so once you got used to a certain way of doing things another supervisor would come in and change up your whole routine which can be annoying

Pros

Benefits are good. Pay is decent until you reach Holiday Season time. You realize that your salary calculates to one of a cashier.

Cons

Huge disconnect between Store Teams and Corporate Offices. Little to NO SUPPORT during HOLIDAY SEASON. HOLIDAY SEASON is about TOYS R US, not about your family. This is not an exaggeration.
