The hours are unfavorable, and the pay is not worth it. Some other little things, but that's with every job.

The company as a whole knows how to make you feel unappreciated. Certain Mgr's will decrease your hours if you ask for a change in schedule (weeks or months in advance). The raises are once a year only. The max is .25. The management "tree" is a little iffy as to who is your boss. They rarely promote from within, and once promoted they offer you very low pay.
