      Eh...not the worst but not the best either!

      Pros

      You are given evaluations once a year and then a "raise". The best thing about this place is that the people are so kind and friendly.

      Cons

      The pay is not awful if you are very young and don't have to pay much bills. Considering its location pay should definitely be better. The company would rather hire a bunch of new people than give current workers more than 10 or 15 hours. And working weekends seems to be a must!

      understanding when it comes to missing a day of work, customers were friendly for the most part, pay was decent

      Cons

      not a lot of training, long hours, managers will throw you under the bus in a heart beat, my store was always hot so i was always sweating, had to ask the customers like 10 things before checking them out and they care a lot about numbers. the discount sucks.
