      Pros

      Great Pay. Hey, It's TOYS! Good place to work, if you like interacting with Customers and kids. There is always plenty to do, and time passes quickly. Upper Management is fair, and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Long hours from October to January - 70 - 80 hours/wk. Too many decisions are made then reversed, within a short span of time. Company is in a state of peril, and not sure which way to go. After Chapter 11 filing, the company did nothing to tell the public that those stores not effected by the closings, are still in business, and it has hurt Sales, Profit, and Morale.

      Pros

      The good thing about working here is that they are very flexible with your work schedule. It’s also a fun and friendly experience for starters.

      Cons

      I never really saw any problems when it came to working here at this company. If anything i think it’s just we are under paid and over worked at times.

      Pros

      - Working with kids. - Great "starter" job for tenagers.

      Cons

      - Too many people believed they were in a management position. - The actual manager was either never there or on vacation.Plus when he did come in, it was during early morning shifts so he could not deal with customers. - There was no opportunity growth. - Extremely hard getting a raise past minimum wage.
