Pros

Fairly laid back work environment if you work hard and get what needs to be done, done.

Cons

Too much focus on metrics and not enough on developing employees.

Pros

On a store level their are so many to even list comprehensively, nevertheless, I would say the satisfaction of getting the right item into the right hands at the right time. The unmitigated joy that the exasperated parent, grandparent, or other seeker when that product is handed to them is immeasurable.

Cons

Total disconnect from above store management. Their irresponsibility and lassiez faire attitude is what brought about the demise of our company. They instilled a culture of selfishness, confusion, & lackluster performances as the norm in stead of the qualities to be eliminated.

Pros

Schedules were flexible Time off and vacations were very fair Company loyalty Overall benefits were fair 401k program

Cons

Company has too much debt which ultimately forced them into bankruptcy. We really needed to upgrade some of our stores to keep up with the better shopping environment.
