Pros

I love my coworkers and the low stress working environment during the off season, and during the season it's fun to meet new people and work hard.

Cons

Selling credit cards, warranties, etc etc is integral to getting hours. It's the reason I'm looking for a job elsewhere.

Pros

There is no good thing about working here.

Cons

There was almost no training provided to new employees, yet employees were yelled at if they did not know how to do something. No training lead to unhappy customers because none of the employees know what they are doing. There was so much turnover, in the short time I was there I saw many people quit within their first week. All management is worried about is signing people up for the credit card.
