Used to be a good place to work back in the day

Pros

It's a typical retail job. The pros are minimal but probably start with the generally low expectations and end with schedule flexibility, depending on your boss. The benefits for FT were surprisingly better than I would have assumed.

Cons

Low pay, "customer always right" mantra reigns supreme, BPPs!

Pros

Pay is decent but be ready to work 60+ hours a week for it.

Cons

No respect for time off, DM texts constantly; starting at 6am everyday even on Company mandated SM off days, Hates their Managers, DM is a Liar

Pros

Very flexible schedule, and can be a fun environment sometimes. The pay is also manageable for a high school part time employee (raise every spring)

Cons

There’s so many more cons than pros. Working with costumers can be fun. However, if you get a rude costumer and try to get a manager for help, the manager will make a complete fool out of you in front of everyone and make the whole situation your fault, when they don’t understand the situation yet. Getting people to sign up for credit cards is pushed WAY to hard. Getting good metrics for the company is one thing, but if you’re having a bad day and can’t seem to get them, they will really treat you poorly. The schedule doesn’t come out until the day before the next week, this never changes, the manager is very lazy. If you’re being scheduled something that you don’t like, you can try to talk to them, but they won’t listen. If you call off for a day, the manager will forget to take you off that day and when you have to call off for the day you asked off for a head of time, they will make it your problem. Another thing with scheduling, is the manager doesn’t even keep the “off book” at the store. You have to talk to an assistant manager to get anything done around there. They treat most of the employees very unfairly and very poor. If a MANAGER doesn’t like you, they will gossip that to other employees. I would never recommend working here to any of my friends, I’m sorry.
