Job descriptions seem very limiting and very niche. Not good if you want to get a wide array of experience and knowledge in a short amount of time. You'd have to jump from positron to position to do that. Not necessarily bad for toys r us, just send common in the corporate world vs small business. Some departments are more rigid than others with this. Each division is probably very different
