Pros

Startup feel with a largish headcount, innovative new platform. Legacy platform with sustained customer base. Robust benefits. Decent salary compared to industry. New headquarters for those looking for in-person interaction.

Cons

New platform is unstable with little to no customers. Rigid adherence to not-invented-here mentality resulting in inferior copies of commercial products. Little room for career growth. Mandatory weekend deployment work. Gaslighting employees that the previously stated permanent work from home option wasn't really permanent and that we had a month to return to the office for 3-4 days a week for greater 'collaboration' opportunities. We all know that you have a new headquarters to fill and management likes to see the space filled.

Unlimited PTO, although difficult to take

Cons

Compensation below market value Serious product stability issues, new products don't work Sales management inexperienced, extreme micro-management( check in 5x per day)-no boundaries need to be always on and available Extremely high attrition rate for sales, including Sales Sr Leadership -now sales rep reporting to CEO -not good A toxic culture where you opinion does not matter, so everyone keeps to themselves. Just do your job and be quiet culture.
