Pros

Overall the people are nice, but nice only gets you so far.

Cons

Smaller size company, no room for growth. If you want to work at place where everyone just says yes, go for it People change process at the seat of their pants Horrific top down sales culture, even though 1/2 people there don't understand Supply Chain or it's inner working. Kind feels like your work at a used car lot. Just get it out the door, no matter if it what the customer needs. Don't ever mention working from home/remote. Everyone has to be in office 5 days a weeks. Which feeds the resentment in the office. If your looking for a job for moment go for it. But if your looking for growth and want to be apart of a functional team. Absolutely not. No diversity at all in color or in mindset. Just do as your told and don't ever offer an opinion.

Pros

Great Track and Trace Suite of Products. Free lunch was also a perk, and the team I directly worked with are intelligent and supportive.

Cons

The company is consumed by drama and internal politics. A whisper network of blame and insecurity. Leadership seems to operate with little understanding of what is actually happening on the ground. They also don't seem to care what clients are asking for (less pitches, more partnering, and better support). Targets seem arbitrary and seemingly designed to shift blame rather than drive performance. Two female leaders stir up drama and speak rudely behind their own employees backs. And for some reason it's tolerated. What you allow is what will continue. The morale issues are ignored, and the 3.2 Glassdoor star rating is generous. My experience mirrors what others have called out: toxic culture, leadership favoritism, and inflated leadership titles for those leaders who don't seem to have a true understanding of the business or market.
