Pros

Great leadership team, great people, everyone is more than willing to help each other out regardless of title or department. TraceLink's products are in production and used globally compared to the competition. Focused strictly on Life Sciences whereas other competitive companies focus on other segments. Work hard, play hard mentality and the company completely invests in its employees with events, parties and a vast amount of career growth opportunities.

Cons

Growing fast, desks keep being moved around to accommodate new people. No 401k match yet but that is common with start ups that are taking off.

Pros

Culture, benefits, pay, job security, great team environment, free food, gym, and we're helping people. TraceLink has everything.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a more formalized training and onboarding, but that's something that is being worked on right now so it will be in place for future hires.

Pros

Tracelink is a company with a superb understanding of its market, a leadership team that has extensive knowledge of their respective functions and the mindset to think outside the box to be the true market leader. They hire smart team players to take the business to the next level, meaning the people are awesome and all driven towards a common goal.

Cons

If you can't handle fast paced and rapid change, this isn't the place for you, for the rest of us that's what makes it an exciting place to be. Also, they give you free lunch every day (which can be a con depending on your will power.)
