Pros

Free Lunch...yup free lunch, uhm..."unlimited vacation"--wait--if you take it, you get the hairy eyeball because if your really important, you brag about how you work all night, all weekend...

Cons

Where to begin? Arrogant, all knowing executive management who openly stab there own staff members in the back...management knows all, everybody else is STUPID...you need to be in the office to "be seen", but you can hear a pin drop..zero corporate culture zero fun,..most of the leaders worked together in the past and the way it was done at the previous company is "the way"...the entire HR team quit--that tells ya something!

Arrogant Leadership Team

Pros

Company continues to grow and kept exceeding forecasted revenue. HR team seemed poised to make improvements eventually, hopefully with the lackluster culture

Cons

Leadership team encourages staff to be proactive, take charge and go over and above but this usually resulted in being argued with in a condescending manner or scolded, made to feel like an absolute idiot. So most individuals preferred to keep their heads down versus risk being treated like incompetent losers. This was most certainly a common ongoing complaint within Marketing and Sales. Executives and senior management totally unevolved as it pertains to how they communicate (they barely ever responded to emails) and unite their teams and, worse, there was zero effort made to.encourage and motivate the individuals who they hired to help both them and the company succeed. Nothing was ever good enough unless it was their own idea. The executive team and their senior leads are old school, ignorant to the fact that they demotivate the staff with their “tough love” versus fostering an environment of encouragement, positivity, acknowledgement and teamwork - such a rookie mistake, guys! Most individuals were completely burnt out and walked around looking miserable. It permeated the entire organization. Good luck finding a smile or a “thank you” here.
