If you like working for a start up style company then TraceLink is an excellent company. It is an exciting time as the company continues to grow quickly hiring many new people around the world. I have the opportunity to work at TraceLink's offices in Massachusetts USA, Mumbai India, and Uxbridge UK and the energy level is high and the teams are very dedicated. People are willing to work extra hours to help the company succeed. If you are prepared for a fast paced environment with some long days then TraceLink is for you. The leadership in the department that I work in is excellent and the collaboration across the department is strong. I know I will get the support I need. The same is true when I engage across other departments at TraceLink.
Cons
Like all fast growing, fast paced organizations there are growing pains. The company is working hard to provide more training on our products, industry, and career but it has not kept pace. But the signs are there for improvement. Knowledge transfer from the company founders to other staff is happening slowly. All decisions made from the top of the organization is also moving in the right direction. You just need to be patient.
