Most of the other reviews are pretty rough, but surprisingly accurate. These aren’t gently bad reviews, they’re terrible yet also realistic. Only take a job with this company if you’re desperate and need a transitional role and plan to leave within 6 months or so. The biggest problem facing this company today is LACK OF PRODUCT! The market for serialization compliance in the US is all but done, any pharma’s needing to buy track and trace have already done so and the idea of rip & replace is not easy. So where’s the market for their product? They were supposedly coming out with new products in 2018 but that was delayed by about EIGHTEEN (18!) months. So the reason they have no sales people left is because they don’t have anything to sell. They were supposed to come out with a platform for pharma’s to build their own Apps on, but apparently that’s so limited there’s not much that can be built even now. I agree the boys club at the top is pathetic, that’s all true. The apathy in upper management is also horrendous, which is why all the work is pushed down to the lower roles with plenty of pressure and anxiety to accompany it. I don’t understand how these people get away with doing so little yet looking so busy. What’s odd also is that Glassdoor labels TraceLink as a ‘responsive employer’ but yet they haven’t responded to a single one of these shameful reviews of their culture.

In the last 1.5 years this company has managed to alienate their entire staff. Morale is at an all-time low which is not recognized by upper management at all. In fact, in the last town hall the CEO stated he thought morale was fine. This is not a measurement he cares about. The back to office policy is outrageous, 5 days a week, 9-5, they even monitor when people are at their desks. They even are making people that live 2-3 hours away come in. In fact, the CEO in the same town hall said that if people didn't adhere to the policy they would be fired, and he said they have already done so. Tracelink is run as a dictatorship that doesn't feel safe as the CEO belittles, screams and swears at employees when they don't agree or have new ideas that don't align with his. They don’t know how to bring new products to market. They don’t do any type of market research and when the strategy fails they blame sales. The environment is hostile, depressing and no one feels like it’s a safe space. HR can’t intervene because they have no real power. Please take these reviews seriously, they are not manufactured. The employees want change before it’s too late. They are going to lose valuable employees with a wealth of knowledge.
