Thanks for the positive review, and it's great to hear that our benefit plan is working well for you. On the pay comment, we offer a wide range of roles here and evaluate each role to be sure we're paying a competitive market rate. If you're not happy with pay please talk with your manager, and talk with HR if you can't get clarification from your manager. There are opportunities for growth into new positions where you can increase your base pay, as well as ways to increase responsibility in your current role. We're committed to helping you have a great experience working at Trader, including your growth in role, and your financial wellbeing.

I wish you'd had a better impression of our company. It's a shame that you didn't use (or didn't benefit from) the many support systems in place to ensure that our sales staff have what they need to perform well, earn well, and build their careers with the company. If at any point you had visited me with your concerns while still employed with us, I would have taken them seriously and tried to help.

Fantastic Company

Pros

Trader Interactive offers great pay and benefits. The management structure is pretty lean without too many levels of hierarchy. Open door policy is for real, and we are able to express our thoughts without fear of repercussions. TI is moving toward leading trends in the digital space vs. duplicating other 3rd party sites as a result of our recent purchase and restructuring.

Cons

We are constantly transforming as the digital marketing landscape evolves. Frequent leadership changes over the past several years as we adapt to these changes. For some, this may be a plus, but for others may make this company a poor fit for those who do not roll with change easily.

Thank you so much for the positive review and for sharing your impressions of the company at this point in time. You're correct that growth and transformation has been a huge part of our story, particularly in the last year. I appreciate the caveat around change management, and I do hope that otherwise talented people who may not "roll with change easily" stay on board with us, and understand that there will be some growing pains. We'll keep asking for input and holding that Open Door open, and please use all means available, including dropping by my office or sending a chat ;) to let me know how you think we're doing. And, where we can improve!
