      Pros

      Pretty relaxed environment. Do your work, get to interact with people/recommend and best of all it doesn't smell as rank as major competitors in the store. Pay is pretty decent as expected for what is sold there and as long as you get people through lines quick when it becomes crazy raises aren't impossible to achieve. I was just pleased about the hours particularly due to ever changing schedule with school and other duties which I possessed at the time.

      Cons

      Honestly, not too nitpicky and was looking for something part-time so I left pretty satisfied due to the welcoming atmosphere.

      Pros

      Fun place to work. Crew members are strongly encouraged to ineract with customers even if current task takes longer. Cusotmers love to come to the store for the unique product line and customer oriented atmosphere; always nice to work for a respected employer. Full generous benefits for part time crew members.

      Cons

      Work can be physically demanding and/or repetitious.

      Pros

      Trader Joe's benefits package is outstanding, even for part timers. Trader Joe's offers health insurance to employees who work at least 20 hours a week. It was also a fun place to work. Employees also get a 10 percent discount and time to shop .

      Cons

      There were some growth opportunities, but there are not enough Trader Joe's in Massachusetts making management jobs less available and I am not willing to relocate. If you can relocate, Trader Joe's has lots of stores all around the country giving you more opportunities for advancement.
