It appeared to be a good place to work

Cons

Reality hit, if you’re close to your 3 year anniversary, management will scrutinize to try to get you to either quit or discharge. The real reason, if an employee does not make it to their 3 yr anniversary, they will NOT collect Tradesmen’s share of the retirement dollars.
