Pros

Training availability, great benefits, respect and care for both office and field employees, opportunity for growth and input. There is always someone available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. This company is very well organized. Every thing they do has a strategic purpose that concentrates on profit and how to benefit it's employees, customers and community.

Cons

I don't like working in a cubicle. It is difficult at times to concentrate on my work when I can hear what everybody else is saying.

Pros

If you are enthusiastic and committed to your job performance, it will benefit everyone. It is a sales-based company, which means that team members should be committed to the bottom line regardless of position. It is a work-hard, play-hard atmosphere, and there are some great people working here. I enjoy my daily interactions with other employees. It is a good place for confident, committed people who can see the big picture and strategically interpret information from management.

Cons

As with any corporation with multiple national offices, it is easy to fall ihto a "glass-half-full" outlook; true, sometimes information sharing can be challenging, but approaching problems with a positive solution and structural understanding of the company's operations is better than just complaining about something - that's true in any job. And of course, the salaries are low and the benefit package is not what it could be... but from I've seen in this economy, there are also worse ones out there for my same job, minus the fun atmosphere.
