Pros

Great gym, fun coworkers and the group rides were always a lot of fun

Cons

As many reviewers have mentioned, the company fires people suddenly, leading to an atmosphere where people wonder where their coworkers disappeared to. Also, from talking to some of those that were let go, they were never really given any sort of feedback that would lead them to have thought they would be fired. Lastly, management really seem to look down on their end users. Behind closed doors, they definitely shrug off a lot of complaints on the forums and in e-mail.

Look elsewhere for work

Pros

on-site gym, my peers are great people to work with

Cons

no job security...seems like every 60 days the company fires someone without any warning to the person. I am hoping to go elsewhere before they surprise me. The leadership team has a huge ego and are hard to work with. They want to be included in every decision. The CEO in particular is a control freak. The company looks like a great place to work but once you are here you see what really goes on. The company also just bought a music company. SERIOUSLY, what does a music company have to do with athletes? It seems like the only reason is the CEO and his team want to stroke their egos.

Pros

Love the mutual respect among employees and the excitement and commitment to our software. The environment is collaborative, intelligent and positive. The standards for employment are high and as such we have some of the sharpest people in the industry. Everyday is interesting and challenging. The perks are wonderful and our office space is open and friendly. Executives are always available for conferencing and willing to listen and act upon employee comments.

Cons

As one reviewer pointed out, there are too few women. There is, however, one woman manager, contrary to the prior reviewer's report.
