Pros

Great health and wellness benefits, including an awesome workout room in office building. Interesting subject matter and products, fun to play with the newest fitness gadgets and technology.

Cons

The work/life balance is really that management and owners enjoy an awesome life and the rest of the company has to work their tails off to survive. To survive also requires the ability to read minds and do more of the impossible.
