The workers are numbers, not people, to anyone in upper management.

Goos benefits thats really all I could say. I dont see anything else good about the company since theyve merged.

Cons

They really dont care about their employees its just who can get the work done. Its coroprate world and anyone can be replaced.

Can't think of any position things regarding employment with Transamerica.

Cons

Vacation/Personal time is limited and they are not understanding at all when it comes to bereavement , only offer a HDHP medical plan to save the company money, enforcing mandatory overtime; they refuse to hire more people because it'll cost the company more money yet continue to let service level agreements fail, no opportunity for employment growth, unprofessional Human Resource personnel, people are leaving because of management, and the acquisition with Mercer was/is a disaster. DO NOT WORK FOR TRANSAMERICA OR MERCER. IT'S CAREER SUICIDE**********
